Shipping:

Please make sure that your address is correct prior to payment as addresses cannot be altered.

 

If you find that you have entered the incorrect address, a $7 fee will be assessed to correct the error, please note that this will change your shipping timeframe by 2-3 business days.

 

The company is not responsible for any lost or stolen orders, once an order is shipped, we are no longer responsible. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Custom Orders for applicable items- add customization details in the notes section at checkout. Custom items-You will receive an email prior to shipping with the final product.

 

Custom timeframes are subject to longer turnaround timeframes due to amount of orders.

All orders are shipped from Tampa.

 

Returns:

All paper flower, lingerie worn press-ons and custom orders are final.

 

All other items must not be damaged and must be returned within 7 calendar days from shipment date. Items returned after 7 calendar day allowance will not receive a refund and reshipment of returned goods ARE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE PURCHASER (YOU)- YOU MUST PAY SHIPPING COSTS FOR THE COMPANY TO RETURN THE ITEMS SENT TO US.

 

PLEASE NOTE ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED TO ADDRESS ON YOUR ORDER. 

Returns must include the return slip (be sure to follow the steps on the slip).

 

Refunds are disbursed in a store card- credit, no exchanges or cash/debit-credit card refund allowed.
