Prior to shipment of the order all pieces of the client's order will be sent via one photo. (For Flower orders only)
The client's order will be shipped via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail which a tracking number will be supplied.
Once your order is shipped, we no longer assume responsibility for your order.
Shipment for orders:
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT.
If you are shipping to a different address outside of the address supplied during payment, you must notify of the change prior to shipment.
After the order has been shipped and the tracking number is supplied to the client, we are no longer responsible for the order.
All orders are shipped from Tampa.
For all coasters, canvas and wall art; items must be returned within 7 calendar days of shipment date. Return slip must be completed and included in your returned package. The item(s) must not be damaged for refund. Flower set orders are non-refundable. Items returned after the allotted 7 calendar days will not receive a refund and reshipment costs are at the expense of the purchaser. REFUNDS ARE COMPLETED IN STORE GIFT CARDS.
Shipping costs of item returns must be paid by the purchaser. Lost or damaged goods in return are not the responisibility of Everything Ariel.
