These nails are press-ons. The set comes with glue, nail file and cuticle pusher. If you are uncertain of your nail sizes, it is suggested to order the trial sheet. If custom is available, you will need to list your nail sizes at checkout. Set Sizes come as follows: 
Large: 0/4/3/5/7
Medium: 1/5/4/6/8
Small: 2/5/4/6/9 
X-Small:3/6/5/7/9
Custom orders timeframe can range from 7 business days and up depending on order inventory.
